1 – Bulk liquid products<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1 Storage of products received and shipped by tank truck and\/or train cars, for a period of 30 days, in uncoated carbon steel tanks \u2013 BRL 120.00<\/p>\n

1.2 Storage of products received by ship and shipped by tank truck and\/or train car and vice versa, for 30 days, in uncoated carbon steel tanks \u2013 BRL 120.00<\/p>\n

The rates appearing in items 1.1 and 1.2 apply per m\u00b3 when the specific weight of the product is up to 1 kg\/liter, and per ton when the specific weight of the product is greater than 1 kg\/liter.<\/p>\n

1.3 Loading and\/or unloading of tank trucks and\/or train cars, per operation \u2013 BRL 20.00 per m\u00b3<\/p>\n

1.4 POS \u2013 Port Operation Service: Ship loading and\/or unloading operation, per operation \u2013 BRL 20.00 per m\u00b3<\/p>\n

1.5. Rates may be revised, and a discount granted based on a prior negotiation between the Parties, considering the product to be stored, the contracted capacity, the term of the contract, the amounts to be handled, environmental requirements, and other relevant factors.<\/p>\n

2 – Additional services for bulk liquid products<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1 Product transfer from one tank to another, through pipelines per m\u00b3\/ton \u2013 BRL 12.50<\/p>\n

2.2 Tank cleaning, per m\u00b3 in tank capacity \u2013 BRL 16.00<\/p>\n

2.3 Issuance of warrants per title – BRL 3,600.00<\/p>\n

2.4 Other miscellaneous services \u2013 to be agreed<\/p>\n

3 – Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Insurance will be calculated based on the value of the product, considering the largest amounts stored, in accordance with the storage invoice or the value explicitly and formally declared by the user, for each period of 30 (thirty) days and not to be fractioned.<\/p>\n

3.1 Non-flammable products. 0.15% ad valorem<\/p>\n

3.2 Flammable and\/or hazardous products. 0.25% ad valorem<\/p>\n

4 – Work done outside ordinary hours<\/strong><\/p>\n

Work done outside ordinary hours, i.e., the period from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, from Monday to Saturday, at the customer\u2019s account and order, will be charged at the rate of BRL 10,200.00 per 6-hour period or fraction thereof.<\/p>\n

For ship loading and unloading, the Terminal will operate 24 (twenty-four) hours a day, seven days a week.<\/p>\n

5 – Taxes\/contributions on services<\/strong><\/p>\n

Include, in the prices above, the ISS, PIS, and COFINS taxes, according to the rates in effect for each service.<\/p>\n

6 – Operational differences<\/strong><\/p>\n

Terin<\/strong> is not liable for operating losses adding up to less than 1% (one percent), calculated on the total amounts handled.<\/p>\n
